Terms of Use Agreement – Introduction:

The agreement becomes effective and enforceable as soon as you approve it and begin the registration process on the store platform, pursuant to Article Ten of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
Article One – Introduction and Definitions:
The preamble above forms an integral part of this agreement. Below are the meanings and definitions of key terms used in this agreement:
- (The Store): This includes all forms of the store on the internet, whether it’s a mobile application, website, or physical store.
- (The Consumer): A person engaged in e-commerce in order to obtain the products or services offered by the store through its electronic platform.
- (The Agreement): Refers to these terms and conditions that govern the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
Article Two – Consumer's Legal Capacity:
- The consumer acknowledges that they have full legal capacity in accordance with Sharia and statutory laws to interact with the store, or that they are at least 18 years of age.
- The consumer agrees that, if they violate this article, they bear full responsibility for such violations before any third party.
Article Three – Nature of Obligation:
- The store’s obligation toward consumers is to provide the product or service.
- The store may also provide additional services such as after-sales services, depending on the nature and type of the requested product or service.
Article Four – Usage Guidelines:
- The consumer agrees to use the store’s electronic platform in a manner that complies with public morals and applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The consumer agrees not to use any purchased product or service in any manner that violates public morals or applicable regulations in the Kingdom.
Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Upon applying for membership in this store, you agree to provide specific information and select a username and password. You agree to the following:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and agree to notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use or breach.
- The store is not responsible for any direct or indirect, material or moral losses resulting from the disclosure of your username or password.
- You are solely responsible for using your account, and if someone else uses it, it is considered that you have authorized them.
- You agree to use the store seriously and truthfully.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, legal, and up-to-date information during registration and to update it as necessary.
- The store commits to keeping your personal information and contact details confidential.
- If it is proven that you provided false or outdated information, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your account without prejudice to other rights or remedies.
- If you fail to comply with the above, the store may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access.
Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Means of Contact:
- The parties agree that communication will be via the registered email address on the platform.
- The consumer agrees that all communications and notices provided electronically are legally binding as written documents.
- The consumer agrees to receive notices about this agreement or other matters via general announcements or specific messages.
Article Seven – Modifications to Terms and Fees:
- If any provision in this agreement is void or no longer enforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- This agreement may be amended from time to time and represents the framework between the consumer and the store.
- The store may charge fees depending on the type of product or service requested or as mandated by government regulations.
- The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or waive any fees based on this agreement's terms and conditions.
Article Eight – Payment and Billing Services:
- The store provides payment services via its partners. Payments may be made online or through any other method the store provides.
- The store commits to pricing products or services according to fair market value.
- The store must provide invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations for all transactions and give consumers a receipt for their purchase.
- The store must implement recognized accounting standards in its platform as per this agreement.
Article Nine – Intellectual Property:
- All intellectual property rights related to the store are fully owned by the store, whether before or after the platform’s establishment.
- The consumer agrees to respect all intellectual property rights of the store, including its name, logos, slogans, and symbols.
Article Ten – Store Responsibility:
- The store commits to conducting its commercial activity legally and according to the applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- The store is not liable for claims arising from errors, negligence, or issues caused by the consumer or third parties like shipping companies.
- The store and its representatives commit to ensuring that the product or service is legal and compliant with Saudi laws.
Article Eleven – Account Restriction or Termination:
The store may suspend or terminate a consumer’s membership or restrict access at any time, without notice or justification.
Article Twelve – Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Thirteen – General Provisions:
If any clause in this agreement becomes invalid, the rest remain in effect until further notice. This agreement represents the entire understanding between the consumer and the store, and both parties agree to:
- Arabic is the language used for interpretation and legal reference.
- Prices listed for products or services may change periodically.
- Promotional or marketing offers are temporary, and the store may amend or cancel them at any time.
- Both parties must comply with applicable laws and religious guidelines.
- This agreement can only be canceled by a decision from the store's management.
